Listing and Sales Process

1. Non-Refundable Listing Fee

Sellers who wish to list items on Stablos.com must pay a non-refundable listing fee of $100 per item, every 6 months from the original list date. This fee is required upon submission of each listing and is non-refundable, even if the item does not sell, is removed from the platform, or is deemed inauthentic.

2. Sales Commission

Upon the successful sale of an item, Stablos.com will deduct a commission fee equal to 10% of the final sale price from the seller’s payout. By listing an item, the seller acknowledges and agrees to this fee.

3. Shipping and Verification Requirements

After an item is sold, the seller is responsible for sending it to Stablos.com for quality, description, and authenticity verification. To facilitate this, the seller will pay a shipping fee of $80, which includes insured shipping and a prepaid label provided by Stablos.com. The seller must use this label and ship the item within 2 business days of receiving the shipping instructions. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the cancellation of the transaction, additional fees, or penalties.

4. Funds Held in Escrow

Stablos.com will hold the buyer’s payment in escrow until the verification process is complete. Upon successful verification, the item will be shipped to the buyer, and Stablos.com will release funds to the seller. This process ensures a safe and transparent transaction for all parties involved.

5. Verification Process and Consequences for Non-Compliance

During verification, Stablos.com will assess the item for authenticity, condition, and alignment with the original listing details. If the item does not meet these standards, Stablos.com reserves the right to impose penalties as follows:

• Counterfeit Items: If the item is determined to be counterfeit, the seller will forfeit both the listing and shipping fees. Additionally, the item will be permanently discarded by Stablos.com. The seller will have no claim to the item and may be reported to relevant authorities for further action.
• Inaccurate Listing Fee: If the item is found to be materially inaccurate in terms of condition, brand, or description, Stablos.com will impose a $500 fee, payable by the seller, to cover the cost of returning the item. This fee must be paid before the item is shipped back to the seller. Items that remain unclaimed or unpaid after notification may be subject to forfeiture.

6. Non-Refundable and Binding Fees

All fees outlined, including listing, shipping, and commission fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances. By listing an item on Stablos.com, sellers acknowledge and agree to all fees, requirements, and potential penalties associated with the verification process.

7. Right to Amend Terms

Stablos.com reserves the right to modify fees, verification procedures, and terms at any time to ensure a safe and reliable marketplace experience. Stablos.com will notify users of any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
