Domestic Shipping Policy (USA)
At Stablos, we take great care in ensuring that your luxury jewelry and watches are securely packaged and delivered safely. Please read the following shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders require a processing time of 1 day to 4 weeks before shipment.
- Custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer, depending on the complexity of the design. We will provide estimated completion times upon request.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Method & Insurance
- We ship all domestic orders via FedEx Priority Overnight for fast and secure delivery.
- All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value to protect against loss or theft during transit.
- A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the package reaches the intended recipient.
3. Address & Delivery Requirements
- We only ship to verified billing addresses that match the payment method used. Orders with unverified addresses may require additional verification.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes—a physical address is required.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may delay processing.
4. Shipping Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Once a package is shipped and tracking is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to receive the package. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact FedEx directly to file a claim.
- If a package is lost or stolen, we will assist in filing an insurance claim, but refunds will only be issued once the claim is approved.
5. Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed.
- Cancellations may be accepted only before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
- If an order is delayed beyond our estimated processing time, we will notify you with an updated timeframe.

International Shipping Policy
At Stablos, we take pride in delivering high-quality luxury watches and jewelry to our global clientele. Please review the following international shipping terms before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Method & Insurance
- We ship internationally using FedEx, DHL, or UPS Express to ensure fast, secure, and traceable delivery.
- All packages are fully insured for the purchase value to protect against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
- Signature upon delivery may be required for all international shipments to ensure secure receipt of your order.

3. Duties, Taxes, & Import Fees
- The buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.
- These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid upon arrival of the shipment.
- We are not responsible for any delays or refusal of packages due to unpaid duties or taxes.
4. Refused Packages
- If you refuse to pay VAT, import duties, or customs fees and your package is returned or abandoned as a result, no refund will be issued.
- If the package is returned to us, we will deduct return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred from any future transactions or credits, if applicable.
- If a package is abandoned by customs, we are not liable for any loss, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
5. No Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of international sales and the luxury items we sell, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including issues related to duties, taxes, or customs delays.
- Once your order is shipped, you acknowledge that you accept full responsibility for the payment of VAT, import duties, and other customs-related fees, as well as the safe receipt of the package.
6. Shipping Delays & Liability
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once your package is shipped, we will provide tracking information, and it is your responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier if necessary.
- If a package is lost or stolen during transit, we will assist you with the insurance claim process, but refunds will only be issued after the insurance claim has been approved.
